The Sykes Pickavant 18590000 Injector Extractor Kit with Hydraulic Cylinder is a universal removal system for seized diesel fuel injectors. Supplied with a 10€‘tonne hydraulic cylinder, it can be used hydraulically for maximum extraction force or mechanically in confined spaces such as near bulkheads where hydraulic stroke may be restricted. Adjustable supporting feet allow the frame to be positioned and angled to suit different engine layouts, while main side and top bars provide multiple mounting points. The kit includes threaded adaptors for common injector types, including M17 x 1.0 for Bosch, M14 x 1.0 for Delphi, M16 x 1.0 for Toyota, M20 x 1.0 for Denso and M25 x 1.0 / M27 x 1.0 for Siemens, allowing it to cover a wide variety of modern diesel engines. Designed for in€‘situ use, the system helps avoid cylinder head removal, saving time and cost.
