1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Exemptions apply to:

Personalised/customised items

Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery

Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in a resellable condition

It must be returned in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
