The Osborn RINGLOCK wheel brush (0.65 mm working diameter, 6 mm shank) uses a unique ring-lock abrasive filament construction at grit 120, operating at up to up to 15,000 RPM. The RINGLOCK design anchors the abrasive nylon filament securely within the brush body - preventing filament loss under centrifugal force at operating speed, and maintaining consistent filament length throughout the brush life. Silicon carbide abrasive filament at grit 120 provides aggressive bore preparation and scale removal. As the filament wears, new abrasive grit is continuously released, maintaining a uniform removal rate.
