Sykes Pickavant GO449 Slide Hammer Injector Set is a comprehensive injector removal kit designed to extract stubborn common rail injectors without removing the cylinder head. Supplied with new adaptors for CR connectors M12x1.5 and M14x1.5, the kit supports three removal methods: using shaped pliers that grip the injector body, an articulated joint adaptor and pivot that screw into the common rail fitting, or a special socket for Bosch injectors that allows removal without disconnecting the electrical top. These options help keep injectors intact and reusable when conditions allow. Combined with the heavy slide hammer, the system delivers controlled impact along the injector axis to break corrosion and carbon bonds.
