Using non€‘cutting cold€‘forming rollers, the tool reshapes the existing thread profile back to its correct geometry, strengthening the thread and extending part lifespan. This process avoids metal removal and helps components retain original load capacity. Suitable for metric, fine and imperial threads using interchangeable roller packs, the tool allows technicians to reclaim worn or deformed threads that would otherwise require replacement.
