The Sykes Pickavant 12740500 Mechanical Hub Puller - 5 Leg, 160 mm is a heavy-duty hub puller designed for removing wheel hubs on a wide variety of stud patterns. Part of the modular Sykes Pickavant hub puller range, it uses interchangeable components common to hydraulic, impact and mechanical configurations, giving excellent flexibility and value. The puller can be configured with 3, 4 or 5 legs to suit 4, 5 and 6 stud hubs with a pitch circle up to 203 mm. A robust force screw drives against the axle while the legs clamp onto the hub via the puller plate, delivering powerful, straight-line extraction. With a leg reach of 160 mm and spread capacity of 100-180 mm, plus 18 mm stud holes and 1½" BSW threads for impact screw or hydraulic ram, it is suitable for many car and light commercial applications.
