The Comprehensive Hybrid Battery Maintenance Table is part of a new range of battery maintenance tables designed to meet the needs of removing electric batteries from vehicles in a safe and secure manner.Batteries are usually heavy and irregular in design but generally have one flat surface which makes them easy to secure.The Comprehensive Hybrid Battery Maintenance Table has full tilting capacity with three locking positions and includes 4 x tall pins, 4 x rising plates and 4 x sets of pegs in 4 sizes (4 pegs per set). Unique hole feature covers a wide range of batteries in all shapes and sizes Aids safe removal and transportation in the workshop Provides a stable platform for maintenance and repair activities and also tilts to allow for bleeding of the battery if required Four central lifting pads allow for the battery to be removed safely without technicians hands being trapped underneath, with easy lowering fully onto the table The central pads also allow for a smooth installation of the battery back into the vehicle Hole design with peg system secures the battery to the table for transportation in the workshop and for holding the battery in place during tilting A range of peg sets are available to customise the table for the batteries size and shape The tilting mechanism also allows for space saving storage when the table is not in use The hybrid batterytable can be mounted onto an existing hydraulic table, otherwise it can be supplied as part of the package The table can also be used for engine / gearbox removal as well as battery maintenance UK Patent pending
