The Sykes Pickavant 03195000 HGV Airline Adaptor & Pressure Gauge is designed to speed up the pressurisation of larger cooling systems, such as those on HGVs, by using a tyre inflator as the air source. Fitted between an airline and a compatible cooling system test kit, it allows the technician to bring the system up to pressure more quickly than by hand pumping alone. A built€‘in pressure relief valve helps prevent over€‘pressurisation, protecting hoses, caps and radiators during testing. The integrated gauge reads up to 30 psi (2 bar), giving clear feedback on system pressure as leaks are checked. Intended for use with Sykes Pickavant 33140000 and 331400V2 cap adaptors, this compact unit measures about 100 x 70 x 70 mm and weighs approximately 0.424 kg.
