A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are available only for UK-delivered orders and must include proof of purchase. Before returning an item, please contact us at customer@machinerefurb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to each returned item.

Q 1. What might I need in addition to the light itself?
A. Some configurations are supplied as a bare unit, so you may need to purchase the correct batteries, charger(s), a vehicle (car) charger, and/or an optional mains driver separately depending on how you plan to use the light. Please refer to the product description for full details on any additional components required.
Q 2. What is Power-2Go portable lighting?
A. Power-2Go portable lighting is a range of cordless, rechargeable LED work lights and lighting towers designed to provide powerful site lighting with features like adjustable height, wide-area coverage/rotation, and multiple lighting modes, built for indoor and outdoor use to endure the toughest working conditions.
Q 3. Where can these lights be used?
A. They’re built for workshops, garages, construction sites, maintenance jobs, and outdoor events, where reliable lighting and quick setup are needed.
Q 4. Which Power-2Go light should I choose?
A. 1. TL Series (Light Towers): directional / wide-area lighting with mast height options (compact to tall towers). 2. PL Series (Petal Towers): 360° diffused “petal” lighting for reduced glare over a wide area. 3. PT-200 (Pan-Tilt): remote-controlled floodlight for aiming light precisely where needed. 4. PS-200 (Site Light): compact, rugged high-output light designed for tough environments.
Q 5. Do these lights have different brightness modes?
A. Yes, most models offer Turbo / Standard / Balanced / Eco modes, so you can choose maximum brightness or longer runtime depending on the job. Some lights like the TL-500 Series have special 'Diffusion Modes', allowing you to choose between highly directional output or diffused wide-area coverage depending on your needs.
Q 6. How long will the lights run on battery?
A. Runtime depends on the model and mode. For example, some compact towers can run up to 44 hours in Eco, while larger towers can reach 100–150 hours in Eco (model dependent). The lights will begin to flash once it is almost out of charge.
Q 7. Can I run the light on mains power and charge the battery at the same time?
A. The mains driver powers the light directly and bypasses the battery system, so it won’t charge (or drain) the battery while in use. If you want to charge the battery while it’s in the unit, you’ll need to use the charger’s DC output and plug the charger into a mains socket. Driver compatibility: X1-75-56BH: for the smaller, compact models X5-320-56BH: for the TL-500 Series Extra benefits of using the driver: it enables stepless dimming (smooth brightness control) and can boost the maximum lumen output to almost double when plugged into mains power.
Q 8. What batteries do Power-2Go lights use?
A. They use Power-2Go D24-series lithium-ion batteries, including D24-100 and the higher-capacity D24-500 (used for larger towers and longer runtime). The batteries have power display indicators on the front for convenient battery-life monitoring. The battery must be switched to 'ON' mode in order to begin charging, with a separate 'OFF' Mode for long-term storage.
