BG EPR® Engine Performance Restoration® (1096, 177ml) is a premium engine oil treatment that softens, emulsifies and dissolves even the most stubborn fuel gums clogging piston rings. Modern engines operating under prolonged drain intervals and high thermal stress are prone to deposit formation that impairs piston-ring function, reducing compression and increasing oil consumption.BG EPR® works by restoring the critical hydraulic function of components such as valve train actuators and turbochargers by cleaning micro passageways that deposits would otherwise obstruct. Properly sealed combustion chambers restore compression and reduce oil dilution caused by blow-by, directly improving fuel economy and reducing tailpipe emissions. It is harmless to seals and other engine components, and is recommended for use in hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and engines fitted with gasoline particulate filters (GPFs).For best results, add to engine oil before an oil change to dissolve and flush stubborn deposits. This 177ml bottle is sized for a single engine treatment.
