Sykes Pickavant 90231000 Air Saw is a compact, gear€‘driven pneumatic saw designed to deliver deep, controlled cuts in body panels, exhaust components and other automotive materials. Its narrow front section improves access in confined spaces such as wheel arches and underbody areas, while front exhaust technology helps direct air away from the cutting zone and enhances performance. A rotating exhaust ring between the housing and head allows the operator to orient the outlet to suit different working positions. Supplied with three bi€‘metal blades (18 tpi, 24 tpi and 32 tpi), the saw can also be used with a range of optional blades for different materials and thicknesses. Technical data includes 250 l/min air consumption, 10 mm stroke length, around 270 mm tool length, 0.9 kg weight and 6.2 bar operating pressure.
