The Sykes Pickavant 90235000 Air Belt Sander is a universal pneumatic sanding tool designed for working on welding seams, spot welds, rusted joints and general de-burring tasks. Its narrow belt, with a width of 10 mm, allows access to tight areas such as panel edges, inner arches and confined structural sections. A swivelling belt finger makes it easier to position the sanding surface at the correct angle in cramped spaces, improving control and finish quality. Operating at around 1300 rpm, the sander consumes approximately 250 l/min of air at 6.2 bar, with a moderate noise level of 80 dBA and a tool weight of about 0.8-0.9 kg.
