Sykes-Pickavant 8780000 Universal Press & Pull Sleeve Kit is a modular press sleeve system for removing and installing suspension bushes, bearings, seals and similar components on cars and light commercial vehicles. By selecting the correct diameter sleeves and step plates, the user can press or pull components into or out of their housings by turning the opposing spindle nuts, applying force evenly through the sleeve faces. The kit contains twenty press sleeves in 2 mm diameter steps covering inside diameters from 34 to 72 mm and outside diameters from 44 to 82 mm, as well as four step plates and four pulling spindles with thrust bearings. It can be used as a stand alone set, with a workshop press or with Sykes-Pickavant universal press frames and C clamps.
