The Osborn RUFTUF end brush (0.25 mm diameter, 6 mm shank) is a heavy-duty end brush built with knotted stainless steel wire at 0.25 mm diameter, operating at up to up to 4,500 RPM. RUFTUF construction uses knotted wire rather than crimped wire - the twisted knots provide higher wire tip density and more aggressive cutting action, suited to heavier rust removal, deburring and scale removal inside bores and recesses. The small diameter allows access to confined spaces that larger brushes cannot reach. Stainless steel wire ensures no iron contamination of bore surfaces.
