BG Ethanol Fuel System Defender® (213100E, 100ml) is the small-can format of BG's comprehensive ethanol fuel protection treatment for petrol engines. It inhibits the free radical oxidation that causes ethanol-containing fuels such as E10 to degrade, and keeps intake valves, fuel injectors and combustion chambers clean by preventing ethanol-related deposit formation. The formula also contains a corrosion inhibitor to protect metal fuel system components from ethanol's corrosive effects, and a moisture dispersant to prevent water separation ” a common problem with ethanol-blended fuels in seasonal or infrequently used vehicles.
