A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are available only for UK-delivered orders and must include proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, please contact us at customer@machinerefurb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to each returned item.

A. This injector is remanufactured according to original manufacturer standards, with all worn parts replaced and 100% end-of-line testing to ensure correct performance.
Q 2. Are the fuel injectors calibrated before delivery?
A. Yes, each injector receives a unique OE calibration code and is tested for correct spray pattern, timing, and flow during remanufacturing.
Q 3. How do I confirm the correct fuel injector for my vehicle?
A. You should always match the injector using the OEM part number, engine code, or VIN. Vehicle model alone is not always sufficient, as the same model may use different injectors.
Q 4. Can I replace just one fuel injector instead of all of them?
A. Yes, a single injector can be replaced if only one has failed. However, on high-mileage engines, replacing injectors in pairs or as a full set can help maintain balanced fuel delivery.
Q 5. What should be replaced when fitting a new fuel injector?
A. It is strongly recommended to replace:
1.) Injector seals or washers
2.) O-rings (if applicable)
3.) Fuel filter (to prevent contamination)
This helps ensure correct sealing and injector lifespan.
