A 90 mm cylinder stroke provides enough compression for most spring types while protecting the user. The unit operates at a minimum of 6 bar and up to 10 bar, where it delivers a spring compression force of around 500 kgf (1,102 lbf). The cylinder is constructed from light alloy and nylon resin with fibreglass to resist corrosion and oxidation, while the heavy-duty CNC-machined steel frame provides stability. Safety is enhanced by a drive valve that only functions when connected to the compressed air system. The kit includes three adapters for valve assembly plates, suitable for small and large valve plates, and the open design allows easy access to valve plates and cones.
